Everything is breaking and a miracle must appear...

Oh. So all of my doom and gloom from last newsletter was just a debbie downer?

Maybe there is hope for human-touch after all!

It’s Because They Haven’t Gone Agentic, PETER. DUH.

My brother in Christ. I have spent over $12,000 in tokens and credits to sandbox n8n agentic systems and more. Everything is breaking… but the increase in AI output is only expanding. The slop output is at maximum.

Here’s the problem though with the n8n or orchestration software I’ve been testing...

I need a dynamic OS. When your systems work, your people win. And when your people win, your business grows. When your business grows, you win.

I need an agentic meta-agent that can do all of this. Somebody build it plz.

I know some of my readers know people, so please hit me up.

On the Pragmatic and Helpful Side of AI

This past weekend was a race-free-workshop-free weekend and I created a lot of slop in about 20 hours... here are 10 things i know you can do now with AI over 1 weekend:

  1. Use Sora 2 to create Hollywood level videos in seconds to build audiences of millions.

  2. Deploy donotpay style ai agents that call Comcast, cancel subscriptions, and renegotiate bills automatically.

  3. Clone your voice with Elevenlabs in under 10 seconds and layer it on heygen avatars to create talking head videos without ever filming.

  4. Run open-source models like llama-3 or kimi k2 on your laptop using ollama or Im studio, no gpu cluster required.

  5. Spin up code agents on cursor or Claude code that debug, write tests, and push to Github while you’re offline.

  6. Record a Loom and drop it into ChatGPT to automatically research context, extract insights, prioritize the top ideas, and turn it into a polished blog post.

  7. Drag-and-drop Zapier workflows and instantly plug in lindy agents to automate outreach, reporting, research, even legal docs.

  8. Drop a 300-page pdf into perplexity or ChatGPT with code interpreter and get a structured memo in under a minute.

  9. Find validated startup ideas someone should build right now with ideabrowser and then build it with…

  10. No-code like adalo or glide. ... and then use n8n to orchestrate all of this automatically… and then enjoy it breaking overnight without alerting you.

AI can boost your productivity 1000x. Bad AI can make everything worse.

Which way, Western man?

All the best,
ps
