Projected EOM spend $171.0K ± $3.4K — 0.8% under the $175K cap at current pacing. One line trending hot: ANALYTICS_XL +11% MoM. Right-sizing it to L would bank ~$2,100/mo and pull the forecast to $169K.

How to use this
Start at the budget bar. The gold tick is your $175K cap. If the emerald fill crosses it before month-end pacing, the EOM forecaster will already be flagging the breach — act before the bar turns hot, not after.
The treemap is your waste map. Block size = spend; the gold-outlined block is where the money is concentrated. Toggle By Type → By Service → By Resource to drill from "compute" down to the single warehouse driving cost.
Read the warehouse table by idle %, not cost. A $9K warehouse at 19% idle is healthier than an $18K one at 38% idle. High idle + long auto-suspend = the cheapest dollars you'll ever recover.
Let the AI do the first pass. The idle-spend optimizer, auto-suspend tuner, and chargeback allocator pre-quantify savings and draft the showback — you approve, you don't hunt.
Your org Could you assign every credit to a department tomorrow? If chargeback is fuzzy, the treemap is decorative — tag coverage is the prerequisite for accountable spend.
