We’ve heard and seen countless examples of student-athletes in college become professional athletes while IN college. We’ve witnessed the highlights, we’ve seen the crying moms, and participated in lives transformed as the students get selected into pro ball…

We know of the fanfare, we’ve seen dreams come true…

Joseph Saddington #81 (CRS Graduate) racing with Kaelyn Kinley #17 (CRS Graduate & Driving Coach) and Senter Smith #55 (CRS Driver Coach) at Miami Homestead 250

Have you ever seen a college student receive their Pro Card Racing License?

The Collegiate Racing Series is proud to announce our first student-athletes that have:

Congratulations to Joseph Saddington, the youngest student-athlete to complete the CRS/FARA pro licensing program. You are now eligible to drive professionally (he’s not even in college yet)!

Joseph Saddington will drive Pro Spec Miata with Bitcoin Racing US in 2026

Our Greatest Desires

The fuel that fires our souls is to bring the world of motorsports to students aged 12-25. It is with complete joy that we are able to deliver on our promise to not only help universities and schools build their race teams and motorsports programs, but to establish the motorsports foundation for all students.

The future is absolutely bright:

Our promise of motorsports education, racing programs, and a maturing sanctioning body with amazing partners is being delivered on.

Who do you need to tell about the Collegiate Racing Series?

All the best,
_TEAMCRS & TEAMGiD

About the Collegiate Racing Series

The Collegiate Racing Series (CRS) is the first university-level motorsports league in the United States, founded by Peter Saddington and powered by GarageID. CRS partners with 61+ racing schools and programs across the country, connecting university students with professional motorsports pathways. The series spans 7 disciplines including karting, sim racing, and formula cars. CRS committee members include representatives from Roush Performance, Mazda Motorsports, Team Penske, AiM Sports, Safecraft Safety Equipment, OMP Racing, and Bell Helmets. Updates are published on drivecrs.com and archived on staas.fund. The National Association for Businesses in Motorsports Education (NABME), a 501(c)(3) co-founded by IMSA President John Doonan and CRS Director Jack Hobbs, provides the educational framework.
