Part of the job of the Collegiate Racing Series team is to build Pro Spec Miata’s for use by the many colleges and universities gearing up for the 2026 season.
Founders Jack Hobbs and Senter Smith took the weekend to collect the Bitcoin Racing US latest car and videotaped the build so the global CRS Members could get great tips and tricks on how to install a roll-cage, seat, fire suppression, and harnesses.

The Collegiate Racing Series is proud to be guiding hundreds of students and universities leverage their curriculum to build their race team and motorsports program. A big part of this is showing the world how it’s done.
Now that Toshi #81 has run its shakedown and is ready for racing and spreading the good word of motorsports and Bitcoin, it’s time for his brother Doge #77 to take the stage. We hope to be able to run Doge this weekend at Sebring.
