Our Humble Beginnings

StaaS Fund LP LLC (RegD 506B) is a unique Web3 venture studio firm founded in Atlanta in 2022 by Peter Saddington after the successful close of Fund 1 with a 5X return on $750k.

We have successfully profited off of two cycles of Bitcoin starting in 2014 with our fund. Our focus is on deploying money at the bottom of the cycle with momentum investing throughout is our known strategy.

As a Certified Scrum Trainer with the Scrum Alliance since 2012, we have a distinct advantage in that we have coached hundreds of agile software development teams. Our focus has been on Scrum, product development, marketing, branding, and investment management.
