How to Use This
Pipeline Kanban — drag each stage column left-to-right to mirror your quarter. Click any deal card to open the full HubSpot record with AI score breakdown and next-action recommendations.
AI Lead Scoring — rows are ranked by likelihood-to-close. Filter by rep or territory before your weekly 1:1 so you enter the conversation knowing which deals deserve energy.
Sequences tab — switch between Enterprise Outbound, SMB Nurture, and Re-Engage to compare reply rates. AI-optimized send-times are on by default; check reply-rate lift vs. baseline monthly.
Forecast vs. Goal chart — the orange line is closed + committed, teal is the AI projection. The gap stat (bottom-right) is your call-to-action for the last weeks of the quarter.
Live Activity feed — streaming events from HubSpot sequences and CRM. Use it during QBRs to show the team pipeline motion in real time.
