Reading the board like a dispatcher

How to use this

  • 1
    Start at the unassigned tray. Every card there is unbooked revenue and a ticking SLA. Clear it before the morning huddle ends — the AI already names the best tech for each one.
  • 2
    Scan lanes for dashed gaps, not full lanes. A full lane is fine; a dashed open slot mid-day is idle capacity. The capacity-gap finder shows which backlog job fits each gap by location and parts.
  • 3
    Read the board by color. Red = emergency (protect its arrival window first), indigo = install (highest ticket), teal = repair, amber = maintenance. Watch the red NOW line to see who is running over.
  • 4
