How to use this view

Built for a CMO / VP Growth scanning one screen each morning before board prep.
  • 1This view drives one decision per morning: is the acquisition engine healthy, and where does the next budget dollar go? Start at the five hero scorecards — if CAC, LTV:CAC and payback are green, the engine is sound.
  • 2Watch LTV:CAC first. Below 3 means you're buying unprofitable growth; the "healthy" chip turns amber. ROAS and payback are lagging confirmations of the same story.
  • 3Read the funnel ribbon left-to-right: the % between each band is the conversion rate. The weakest band (lowest %) is your highest-leverage fix — click it for the AI drop-off narrator.
  • 4The AI does three things here: flags anomalies on scorecards, writes the Highlights strip with a recommended action, and ranks marginal ROAS on the "next dollar" tile so reallocation is a glance, not a meeting.
