How to use this

  • 1Triage the table first. Sort by ROAS descending, then scan the Status column — every SCALE with budget headroom is a place to push more spend today; every PAUSE is bleeding and should be cut by end of day.
  • 2Read the pacing rails like fuel gauges. The thin vertical tick is the planned position for today; if the fill bar is right of it you're over, left of it you're under. Anything past 100% before month-end will exhaust budget early.
  • 3The signature here is the inline pacing bar inside each row — it lets you spot a budget problem and an efficiency problem in the same glance, instead of jumping between a spreadsheet and a chart.
  • 4Trust, then verify the AI. Reallocation cards and winner/loser tags are statistical suggestions — open a campaign drilldown to confirm sample size before you hit Apply.
  • 5Watch the ticker for what changed since you last looked — it surfaces intraday CPA/ROAS swings so a fatiguing creative or a runaway auction can't hide for a full day.
