1 How to use this

• ▸Drives: the weekly operating review — which bets are on track, who's blocked, and where to spend the room's 60 minutes. Resourcing moves come straight off this board.
• ▸Watch first: the Off Track lane and any amber confidence dot. One red KR (p95 latency) is dragging O2 — that's your lead topic, not the seven greens.
• ▸Read the cascade: follow the cobalt connector lines left-to-right. A KR with no line to a parent objective is an orphan — work happening that ladders to nothing.
• ▸Read a ring: the ring is progress, the dot is confidence. A high ring with an amber dot means "ahead on paper, but the owner doesn't believe it lands" — the most important gap to interrogate.
• ▸AI does the toil: the Risk Predictor scores slippage from update velocity, stale badges flag un-updated KRs, and check-in drafts write themselves for owners who went quiet.
