How to use this

  • 1.Read the orbs first, not the numbers. In a 30-second gut-check your eye should land on the 2×2 — three teal means "stay the course," any amber means "open it." Today only Product is amber.
  • 2.The hero number is the one metric the whole company should move. Weekly Active Accounts is the North Star; the teal sparkline bleeding off the tile is its 13-week trajectory, not this week's noise.
  • 3.Never trust a naked number. Every KPI carries an auto-computed delta vs prior period and a benchmark band (e.g. NRR "elite ≥120"), so context travels with the metric.
